A few other things to check:
- On the process scheduler in the psprcs.cfg file the DBBIN settings are correct for database connectivity
- On the process scheduler ODBC settings are correct
- On the client PC ODBC settings are correct and have connectivity
What's a bit strange with your case is that it works for *some* users but not all, which suggests the process scheduler itself is probably working ok, and it appears to be due to connectivity issues for certain client PCs, however if process are running through the process scheduler on those PCs, it shouldn't matter?
