Script - Find Insitution list for Transcripts

I need a SQL script to find out what the top 50 institutions we are sending transcripts to. In addition, which institutions are receiving transcripts from us that have been order both through the student/alumni student centre and also by paper request. If possible, I am looking for whether a percentage can also be tagged to the institution to show that Institution “ABC” has 33% of all transcripts sent to it.
